1. When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in any time during normal access hours.

2. Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. We do not allow vehicle storage at this time.

3. Do I bring my own lock?

We require using a round high-security disc lock for securing your unit while storing.

4. What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

5. Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, the lease is month-to-month. There is no long-term commitment as long as you provide 10 days of intent to vacate.

6. How do I make a payment?

You can pay your bill by making payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, money orders, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and ACH Bank Debit.

8. How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day written notice before you move out.

9. How do I know how much storage space I will need?

For assistance selecting the perfect size unit, our friendly onsite managers can assist you. Please know the measurements of your boat, RV, or vehicle from the tongue to the rear including the prop if a boat or bumper to bumper if a vehicle.

10. Do you require insurance?

We do require insurance while storing with us. We offer a tenant protection program that can be purchased during the time of your rental. If you wish to use your homeowners’ or vehicle insurance, please provide a copy of your declaration page that states your contents are covered at our facility.
